The end of boring meetings: or how facilitative leadership can engage everyone

Why are so many meetings a waste of time? Why do participants not involve themselves wholeheartedly? At best participants are intellectually committed, at worst just physically present. But the heart is not there. Participants left it behind their desks or, even worse at home. In a series of public workshops participants will learn how facilitative leadership can lead to engagement and what this means for you and your organisation.
Series of workshop will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. Dates are due soon.
