		<description><![CDATA[Hoe herkenbaar! Bijna iedere workshop is er wel een deelnemer die de definitiekwestie aanwakkert. Zeker als je met stellingen og schalingsvragen aan de slag gaat. Meestal begint de vraag met &quot;Maar wat verstaan we eigenlijk onder .......&quot;. Als je dit laat gaan is er zo een uur voorbij en er meer verwaaring ontstaan. 
De sleuutel is dus, snel doorschakelen naar de common ground.

In my working field, the (local) banking industry, we meet the dilemma&#039;s that are adressed in the article. On the one hand, there is a tendency of overkill in administrative control mechanisms, as a response to the pressure of authorities to improve the quality of clientfiles. The questions is whether this mechanistic approach will prove to be successful.
 
On the other hand, we are confronted with complex and fast changing issues that effect a lot of people: the housing market, healthcare, financial uncertainty etcetera. 
What we need to do is inforce the creative power of people and connect them across the borders of organizations. We should facilitate meaningful and high quality meetings, between coworkers, inhabitantas, entrepeneurs, clients and others, to share knowledge in our search to find new practical solutions.
This week we had the &quot;Dag van de Dialoog&quot;. I have used the insights of Dave Gray gives to feed the dialogue.]]></description>
